About the Author
Keith Steven has been involved in turnaround and insolvency since the early 1990's, he worked for some of the best known business rescue firms in London in the 1990's and set up KSA in 2000. KSA specialises helping people with insolvency problems and providing practical solutions. We do hands-on rescue and turnaround work as well as insolvent restructuring with failed companies.
Keith was one of the first people in the UK to spot the potential of the internet to provide high quality advice, guidance and background reading for people with business and financial problems. Launched in 2001
www.companyrescue.co.uk was the first website to provide this advice in the UK. Now 100,000's of people a year use KSA's services and thousands of businesses are still around today after KSA helped rescue them.
Recognising that many companies are not viable and many directors simply want rid of the problems and pressures of a dormant or failed company, Keith set up
www.dissolvemycompany.co.uk to help people in late 2007.

KSA's advisory team includes Iain Campbell, Marie Moody, Philippa Allan, Stuart Nichols, Carol Webster, and Annette Breakspear. All of our team work IN insolvency every day, we are not internet consultants pretending to know about insolvency. (there are hundreds of those).
Iain joined KSA in 2001 and is our operations director. Iain has vast experience in handling enquiries, rescuing viable companies, building CVA's, administrations and helping people close companies and all things insolvency.
Marie joined in 2002 and is vastly experienced in advising on personal insolvency matters and in helping distressed company directors. Talk to Marie if you have linked business and personal insolvency problems, many other websites are run by people who don't understand your pressures!
Philippa joined in 2004. She is our business devlopment manager but used to handle our in house debt collection so she knows ALL the late payment excuses! Philippa is our expert CVA, dissolution and liquidation advisor.
Annette has just joined us in 2008, but has 20 years of banking, factoring and insolvency experience. She has helped creditors and debtor resolve their problems all over the UK.
Stuart is an expert in CVA (company voluntary arrangement) advice and giving creditors advice on the process.
Carol supports Keith and Philippa in Business Development. She is also an expert in giving the RIGHT advice to worried directors.
